HOW TO FEEL BETTER
Do you not feel well? Do you feel differently than you would like to? Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health is very important, it is our wealth, it is a gift to be cared for. There are many influences around us that create adversity in our lives. Maybe you don't know your way around, this article will help you take more matters into your own hands.
The things that affect us the most are things that relate to our mental health. All illnesses are a result of our mental state. It may seem like nonsense to you, but anyway, I have some arguments here. Our bodies react to the way we think. Try to imagine, for example, fighting a violent, bloody war. Imagine it in detail... How do you feel? Do you feel stressed, anxious? Your body reacted to the thoughts that arose in your mind. The more negative feelings and emotions you have, the more negatively your body reacts to them. Now, let's go a little more in depth. Everything is energy, including you. Your negative thinking blocks the life energy, so the negative energy blocks the positive energy. Diseases arise mostly because of negative energy. Why is that? Because negative energy is the absence of positive energy. Where there is no life energy, there is death. That's why people who are always negative have health problems. It's like planting weeds instead of crops. Negative thinking destroys us.
If we look at the physical side of health, there are also several harmful factors. For example, the food we eat. The food industry focuses on the best earnings, not our health. They want the product to be as profitable as possible and yet cost as little as possible. Then what happens is that the food is sprayed with herbicides and pesticides (WHICH MOST OF THE TIME BECOME PART OF THAT FOOD), is genetically modified, contains preservatives and other substances. Animals are doped up on growth hormones, antibiotics because they live in an environment that is absolutely not healthy for the animal and are fed, for example, modified corn. I have also heard that they are being fed the carcasses of sick animals. These substances are then deposited in our bodies and destroy us. But most people don't find that because they're used to it. A frog will jump out of a boiling pot, but not a pot that heats slowly and gradually.
Whether it is a physical principle, emotional or a mental one, it affects other parts of health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). Everything is connected to everything. Also, remember that with negative feelings it is important not to hold those feelings in, not to resist them, to accept them and feel them.
So how to feel better? Here are some suggestions on what to do:
- Long walks, looking into the distance, are very beneficial for your mentality
- Dance
- Sing to yourself
- Maybe a good quality sleep can sometimes help
- Play your favourite music
- Meditation
- Physical activity ( A lot of people have weight training as therapy. Martial arts or running also have their charms. anyway, do any physical activity that makes you feel good)
- Give someone a hug
- Spend time with friends or family
- Be in the present moment
- Read a book
- Fast for physical cleansing
- Say the mantras Ho' Oponopono and Om mani padme hum (Saying them will have a very positive enegetic effect on you, ridding you of negative energy)
- Laugh (Laugh even unnaturally by force)
- Take a cold shower
- Maybe you need a dopamine detox.
- Maybe you need a digital detox.
- Ground yourself (Stand barefoot on the grass to connect with nature)
- Cuddle with your pet
How to feel better in the long run:
- Keep moving regularly
- Get plenty of sunshine and air
- Eat food that is as close to nature as possible
- Avoid glucose-fructose syrup and other artificial sweeteners and flavourings such as monosodium glutamate, etc.
- Practice intermittent fasting
- Avoid refined sugar
- Do not take chemical drugs unless it is really necessary
- Think positive
- Spend less time on electronics
- Use electromagnetic chaos countermeasures (For example, the Q-LINK pendant)
- Meditate regularly
- Give yourself positive self-talk
- Say positive affirmations to yourself
- Eat more vegetables and fruits
And more...
We can discuss these topics in more depth in some other articles. :)
May your life change for the better!

GRATITUDE
Gratitude is the gateway to happiness. Practicing gratitude is one of the things that can blessedly change our lives. It's easy, yet many people don't appreciate many things, instead they complain and focus on the "mistakes". Gratitude is one of life's secrets.
Expressing gratitude is very powerful. It is the path to a healthy life and joy. Only we determine what we see in life. It is up to us whether we focus on the negative or the positive. Gratitude is something that pulls us to the bright side.
You may ask how gratitude affects my health. It's simple. Stress, sadness, loneliness and other similar feelings and emotions make us unhealthy. One of the most common reasons for illness tends to be stress. Our body reacts to our feelings and emotions, and when we are in these states for long periods of time or are in them regularly, it takes a toll on our health. I once heard an interesting phrase: A person who has cancer is unhealthy because they don't like life. A person who loves life will also have feelings and emotions. Well, yes, but how can one love life if one has adversity in it? The solution is simple, start being grateful for what you have.
I'm thankful I have my eyesight
I'm thankful I have arms and legs
I'm thankful I have a roof over my head
I'm thankful I have food to eat
I'm thankful I have a family
I'm thankful my adversities aren't worse
I'm thankful I can see the trees and the beautiful sky
...
all around us is something we can appreciate. We might as well have a nice blue carpet. It's up to us what we look for. When we are grateful and appreciate what we have, we feel happy. Happiness is something we have to create for ourselves. Better yet, we have to find it. We can have control over our emotions and feelings. Those who control this control everything. Whoever can be happy in an unpleasant situation has won.
Every day, preferably in the morning, it is great to practice gratitude. That way, we'll be positive from the morning, which will carry with us throughout the day. If you're trying to get into a more positive mindset, I recommend starting with this. I also know from my own experience that if we write down a few things we are grateful for that day on paper in the evening, we will have more of those situations in our lives the next day. And absolutely best to have a habit of gratitude throughout the day. Automatically appreciating and valuing all the different things. Keep it on autopilot and you'll have a better life too.
When something negative happens to us, something unwanted, we usually don't know the meaning of it. Maybe we got a flat tire, and that's how we avoided an accident. So let's be grateful when something happens to us, because it may be the best thing that could have happened. And if it's not, let's find a reason to be grateful. At the very least, it was a great challenge that moved us somewhere and made us better.
When we are grateful, we feel enough, we feel good and we don't need more. When we are grateful, we feel happier. Gratitude allows us to be free because we will create a reality for ourselves, a reality where we will be happy.
On the conclusion I suggest listening to song: Grateful - callmestevieray & Connor Price

FIND GOLD IN EVERY SITUATION
Everyone experiences a situation from time to time, which they usually refer to as "not good", "negative", "unhappy", and other similar ways. Man has a habit of reacting as he has been taught by his environment. He automatically reacts in a unpositive, unhappy way. If we want to have a good life, we must react/respond to situations correctly. A great way is to find gold in adversity.
It's not about what happens to us, it's about how we see the situation. Nothing is good or bad, only our mind determines it. We are the creators of our reality, we have control over our perception. We can control our emotions and actions, which affects our perception of our reality. Yes, everyone has their own reality, which is why for some people drinking alcohol on a daily basis is fine, for example, and for others it is absolutely taboo. Now that we know that the perception of reality is individual and relative, we can use our minds to change our lives. Let's look for the gold in everything. Let us focus only on the positive aspects and we will have a happy life. But how can I be happy if I'm not doing well? Change your point of view. Find something positive about it. Because if you find something that's not positive, it won't help you. On the contrary, positive thinking and giving attention to the positive sides, it will affect us on a whole scale.
Here are some examples of finding gold in adversity:A flat tire - Cool! Maybe I avoided an accident because of it, or maybe I meet someone I know!
Illness - Great! This will give me a break from work and finally do something I've been planning for a while!
Getting fired from my job - Beautiful! I'll find another job that I might enjoy more and have a better salary!
Breaking up - Brilliant! A much better partner is coming along! And most importantly it gave me experience!
Computer not working - Blessed! At least I'll be spending more time outside!
Obstacles in business - Wonderful! Thanks to the obstacles I am growing and will be stronger and more experienced now!
Not getting enough sleep - Awesome! I'll be looking forward to bed more!
Train Wreck - Great! At least I can laugh about it!
etc. etc. etc.
We can find some gold in such situations right away, think about what gold might come out of it, or expect gold. When we don't see gold, let's think about the meaning of it. If we don't know what the point is, let's just expect the gold to manifest over time. For example, we miss a train and we don't know why it happened. But because of that, we might meet a person who becomes our partner. I mean, later on, we'll find out that if it wasn't for the runaway train, we might never have met that person. Expect gold, but let's not get hung up on it! I don't know why it happened, but I know it's good. Then let's put it out of our minds and life goes on. If we don't see the gold in it, let's create it! Let's give positive meaning to the situation. Try to think that everything that happens to us is happening for us, not against us.
Everything happens for us, not against us. What proof do I have of that? Well, if you believe it, you'll find the meaning, or create it. I also know from my own experience that what seems to be a bad thing in the short term is a great blessing in the long term! Just look for the gold. Gold is everywhere. Our thinking is gold. Wealth is not what one has, but who one is and what one has within oneself. The gold is in you.
May your life change for the better!

LOVE YOURSELF
Do you love yourself? Think about this question. DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF? DO YOU LOVE YOUR BODY? DO YOU LOVE WHO YOU ARE? Why do you love it? And why not? Do you deserve to be happy and loved? Ask yourself. Loving yourself is a principle. It is one of the principles of success and a pleasant life. Love is necessary for happiness. Because without love, happiness is not accepted. Love is at hand, you just have to want it. Love is within us. We are love. So love yourself.
Whether we love ourselves affects us on a whole scale. It's about our self-image. How we see ourselves is often how others see us. And if they see us differently, we don't see it. If we believe we are not worthy of love, we are not able to receive it. Yet our surroundings can give us love. When we don't love ourselves, we also behave accordingly. We act like it. When we do not love ourselves, it is not easy to accept ourselves and our body. Maybe some feel they don't deserve rest, lots of money and prosperity, to be happy, etc. If we believe this, we can't expect much success in these areas until we change the self-image. We act on our beliefs. Such behavior can sometimes be destructive.
How we relate to ourselves determines how we relate to others. When we focus on people who treat other people unkindly, it is usually people who feel unhappy and unloved. Such behavior then speaks volumes about what is inside them. A person filled with love shows love to others. When we are love, everything is love. A person full of love sees mostly love and spreads it further.
How to start love yourself? How to boost your self-love? Here are some tips:
- First of all, it is important to accept ourselves as we are. Throw the judgments in the trash. We are all the same beings. We all deserve the best. Just because someone has a more expensive car or a nicer figure doesn't mean they are anything more. We are all equal. We are all first class.
- Treat yourself to whatever you want. Treat yourself to a hot bath or your favorite food. You deserve to fulfill your desires, dreams and goals. There is plenty of everything. You're entitled to it. It's your birthright!
- Ignore what others say. You are the creator of your own reality. If you say you are the king, you are simply the king. And it doesn't matter if others don't see you that way! What matters is how you see yourself. Determine your own reality.
- Tell yourself in the mirror every day how much you love yourself!
- Look for the positive in yourself. Focus on the positive. If you look for the perfect in yourself, you will be perfect! (Of course, live in truth, have some self-reflection.)
- When you do something "bad", declare it "good".
- Praise yourself. Self-praise is an act of self-love. You are awesome, so remind yourself of that.
- Say affirmations to yourself about how much you love yourself. For example, I deserve love, I love myself, I am love, I fully accept myself, etc. (Say it to yourself in a positive way!!)
What would the world look like if everyone truly loved themselves and loved others? Love yourself and others unconditionally and you will change the world.
May your life change for the better!

POWER OF READING BOOKS
Reading is one of the most powerful things a person has. Today, most of the population can read, yet they don't realize the potential, THE POWER. Reading books is a gift that is one of the keys to success. Leaders are always readers. The richest read the most. Books are a source of information that can be of high value. But what is of even greater value is what actions we take because of that information. Knowledge without action is worthless. What else is so magical about books?
When we read a book, we connect with the person who wrote it. He literally gives us his experiences, thoughts, knowledge. It's like having a coach or a mentor. In a book, we can learn things in a few hours that we would have learned on our own in a lifetime, or maybe not at all! Through books we can learn how to achieve success in different areas of life. We can learn more about money, what attracts our partner, how to be happier, how to influence people, etc. We have information that our ancestors would have paid gold for. Have you heard the argument, we are becoming the average of 5 people? When we read books, that's how we connect with people. Reading books has the effect of connecting with people. What you read affects your mind, just as your mind affects who you associate with. Connect with the authors of books and you will be closer to their mind set. Let me clarify that again: reading a book is like socializing with the author.
But be careful what you read. Not every author can give beneficial and true information, even if they mean well with you. That's why I always write with every article to verify the information, think about the content, and take what you find useful. I don't know what I don't know, I could be wrong about something, or maybe not everything has to work for everyone. Also, books can be rewritten or edited, so it's best to read the book that is the original.
Reading a book is also relaxing. Reading releases endorphins and serotonin, which, for example, calms you down, improves your mood, etc. That's why, over time, one gets addicted to reading, which I think is not a problem. It is more of a "healthy" addiction that is not serious. From my own experience, one comes to love reading over time.
Through reading we can expand our consciousness. Through information, better understanding of things, etc., our consciousness expands, we have a greater perspective on things and the world, we are wiser. Sometimes all it takes is one sentence to give us an AHA! moment, which can turn our lives around 180 degrees. The important thing is perceive what we read, so that we also get the most out of it.
Reading books may not be enough, a better term for reading books is the word STUDY. Self-development books are about becoming better, not about reading an entertaining "novel". Be aware of what you read, think about it. If you have the right attitude, reading books is really powerful. Of course, reading books without deeper perception also has its charm, still the text is perceived by our subconscious. But we get the most out of it when we perceive the text. Even one word can be gold.
One of the essential things about reading books is reading them over and over again. I'm sorry? Why? Why do I have to read the same books over and over again? I've already read it once! Yes, but you may have missed or misunderstood some things in the book. The book is the same, but you're changing! Six months from now, when you re-read the book, you may find that the book is completely different! It's because we change. We have more information, more awareness, more expanded consciousness... Every time you reread a book, you find something new. At the very least, you will repeat what you already "knew". Bruce Lee said: I'm not afraid of someone who has practiced 10,000 punches once, I'm afraid of someone who has practiced 1 punch 10,000 times. To become a master, one must repeat a "punch" 10,000 times. By the way, why did I put the word KNEW in quotes? Know and know about is different. When we read a book, or simply learn or study something, we always know that area a little better. We don't know what we don't know. To become a master, we have to give the "punch" 10,000 times. Then maybe we'll know it fully. So the argument of "I know the book" is misleading. You only know about the subject, but you probably don't know everything.
May your life change for the better!

LOVE EACH OTHER
Love. Love everyone. Love everything. Love is what makes this world better. Find perfection in everything. It's there. Just find it. You can find something good in everything. Without love, there isn't peace. Where is love, there's isn't unlove.
We are all the same. We all are the one. We are all part of the Universe. We are all the oneness. We are all the energy. Everything is the energy. We are all the consciousness.
You can just observe the world and don't judge anything. You can accept everything as it is. It will give you peace. Then you can be in love and love everything, because there isn't anything that would make you be unloving.
We see what we give attention to. Give attention to positive things and you will see mainly positive things. Seek love and you will find love. Love everyone and everything.
Everyone deserves love. Hatred is caused by not having enough love. So give love to make the world more loving. Give love to others but also to yourself. You deserve to be loved. Love yourself. You are worthy. You are amazing, you are perfect. You just need to believe you are and you will be. It's hard to accept love from others if you don't love yourself. Only you decide what you deserve and what you are.
Forgive to people. How it's going to help you if you don't? Just love other people unconditionally... But healthy. Have your worth. Maybe they hurt you but that's only because you let them. Love them, don't let them take your love. Just leave them if you want to, but still love them. They are you. You are all living here, you are family. We are all the family.
If you will search your inner self, you will find love. It's just there. We are all love. Baby is always loving when is borned. Love is our essence. Take back your love that has been taken away from you. Take it back, it's yours.
May your life change for the better!
