Self-development articles | part 1
Hey! Hey!
Not long ago I used to write self-development articles with interesting knowledge and ideas on my old website.
So I decided to share them with you here and give you some great value :)
The author of these articles does not take the content as "the only right truth", please reflect on the text, verify the content, think about the content and take what resonates with you. BEGINNING OF LIFE CHANGER
Starting a new project is often a challenge. Many people have lots of ideas, dreams and visions, but few take the immediate action needed to achieve them.
The richest place for ideas is the graveyard. In fact, many people die without achieving their dreams and visions. What would the world look like if all people went after what they want with strength, persistence and consistency, with passion and enthusiasm?
I'm extremely grateful that The Universe helped me launch this project called Life Changer, which aims to give people value for readers to reflect on and take away from it that speaks to them. I love making this world a better place, participating in building a positive reality, helping people. However, only those with an open mind and heart to this project will benefit. Not everyone will resonate with Life Changer, and that's okay. Nothing is good or bad. Everything is in fact neutral, only our minds determine what is good or not.
Bill Gates stated 3 steps to success: 1. Have depth of vision 2. Being in the right place at the right time 3. Take massive and immediate action. The vision of this project is to bring the best to as many people as possible, positively impacting millions of lives. As soon as I got the idea to implement something along the lines of a self-development website, I immediately put it down on paper. This already counts as immediate action. If I hadn't written the idea down, you might not be reading this right now.
Sometimes you have to make a temporary sacrifice. I was watching an episode of Stargate and I had a blank text open. The page where I was watching the series suddenly stopped working, and because of that I took massive action - to write this article. I suppose now was the time to do it.
We are still learning, we are apprentices for the rest of our lives. So in the articles I will share what works for me, what I have tried, what I have experience with, insights or hypotheses. Think hard about the articles, connect the dots, and take what aligns with you as value. We don't know what we don't know, so let's constantly be teachable and humble about general knowledge and information. I could very well be wrong about something. Information is best verified or tested.
May your life change for the better!

THE MOST NEGATIVE SITUATION CAN BE THE BEST BLESSING
Good and evil, light and darkness, positive and negative - two extremes that intertwine and create this world. If there wasn't one extreme, would there be another extreme? If there were no negatively charged particles, would there be positively charged particles? This world is made of positive and negative particles - the proton and the electron. This world is dependent on both, probably 3D reality wouldn't exist without both. Nor would pleasant feelings, experiences, emotions exist. Without the negative, we wouldn't know what the positive is.
If something negative happens to a person, it may be the best thing that happened. Everything happens for us, not against us, even if it doesn't seem like it sometimes. Sometimes we ask why did this happen to us? What have we done to whom? What did we do to deserve this? Well, let's look at it from this point of view: I heard a story about a Chinese man who had a son. The man wanted his son to be healthy and live to a great age. One day his son fell off his horse and broke his leg. Everyone said what a bad thing had happened to his son. But the next day, the Chinese army came and took young men to war. Thanks to son's broken leg, he did not go to war and survived. Do you understand? We don't know what we don't know, everything happens for a reason. Did you have a hard breakup? Maybe this will make you a better man and prepare you for a relationship that's 100 times better. Are you trying to get rich but you're still poor? This will make you more appreciative of the wealth coming your way. Have you crashed your car? Maybe this will free up your garage and finally buy that brand new car!
There's gold in everything. In every situation, no matter how bad, you can find something good. You just have to want it and look for the positive. It takes some practice to think positive because we are programmed to think negative. You just have to consciously think positive for a while, after a while it becomes a habit and you will do it subconsciously on autopilot. And if you are not able to find something positive about a negative situation, you can still tell yourself that you are alive, you have arms and legs, you have a family, you have eyesight, you can breathe freely...
Next time something negative happens to you, try to find the best in it! Or at least realize that the way you feel is temporary, and that after the negative must come the positive.
May your life change for the better!

THE QUESTION THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING
Man either grows or dies. If we are not moving forward and standing still, we are actually going down slowly and stealthily. That is why it is important to keep moving and improving. Don't get me wrong, it's not so much about how much and how fast we improve, it's more about whether we keep improving. It doesn't matter how fast we move forward, it matters if we keep moving forward.
There is a great question that, when used regularly and effectively, can help us a lot to improve every day and change everything we wish for. I discovered this question through reading the book Think Big by David J. Schwartz. The question is quite simple, yet effective. The question is: How do I achieve something better? I began to use this question paraphrased: What can I improve about myself today?
This question, if used sincerely, can change everything. All you have to do is want to improve one percent every day. With that, you'll improve 356% in a year! If we find one thing about ourselves every day that we can change or improve, whether it's a small thing or not, we'll be completely different in a year! Big habits are made up of small habits. Once again, it doesn't matter how fast we move forward, it matters if we keep moving forward. Let's take small steps every day and in a year it will be like we took big steps!
May your life change for the better!

RESPONSE AND REACTION TO THE SITUATION
Most people are set up so that when something unwanted happens to them, they start to pay attention to it and focus on it. This causes negative emotions and feelings. Negative thoughts will start to breed more negative thoughts, in which case we start feeding our minds with negative "food" and we get into a negative spiral that gets bigger until we start thinking positively. Negative thinking will not let us progress so easily and pleasantly in life, it will sabotage us. Positive thinking is the foundation of success and complaining, for example, is one of the typical unwinning habits. What does complaining help us to do? Yes, it may make us feel a little better, but in the long run, if we complain regularly, it will harm us.
When something happens to you, I'm not saying to suppress your feelings and emotions. Not at all! What you resist persists. If an unpleasant situation gives you "bad" feelings, accept it, become aware of what you feel, and then all that's left is to feel it. Feel the emotions and feel the feelings. However, after feeling it, put yourself in a positive mindset. One good principle for achieving positive thinking is to move along the emotional scale. It's challenging to jump from the emotion of anger right away to the emotion of love and joy, so it's good to get there gradually. Are you feeling a sense of hopelessness and depression? Try having thoughts that will lead to anger! Then maybe from anger to sadness, from sadness to irritability, etc. until you get into positive emotions. (Book - Ask and it is given - 22 principle) There are many ways to achieve higher energy/vibration/frequency. We will discuss this in another article.
There is a difference between reaction and response. What is it, you ask? A reaction is an action that occurs immediately after the event takes place. A reaction can be irrational. At that moment you are not properly aware of what your actions are and what the consequences may be. Instead, the response is to first pause, analyze the situation, and think about what action you will take or what response you will make. What do you think will happen if someone starts raising their voice at you and you respond by raising your voice too? It's going to be a fight. But what if you stay calm and decide to be in love with that person and deal with them assertively? At least you'll be more in control and there'll be little risk of saying something you couldn't take back later.
Basically, the best thing is to start reacting positively to these situations and find the gold in the situation immediately. Then there is no need to dwell on negative feelings because the unwanted situation will give us positive feelings. But that takes training and reprogramming the mind to do that. A negative situation does not equal a bad situation. It can be a blessing in disguise, and when we have it stored in our subconscious, we can feel joy in any situation. And if it happens not to be a blessing, you can make it a blessing by giving/finding a positive meaning to it.
Conclusion: so what to do when a situation happens that triggers unwanted emotions and feelings in you? First, don't react, respond. You need to be aware of the situation and feelings, keep your mind under control and analyze the situation. Don't resist negative feelings and emotions, on the contrary, welcome them and feel them. For example, if you have anger, "swim" in it. After or while feeling it, start doing something that will move you up on the emotional scale. There are several ways to do this, such as favorite music, exercise, or simply gradually changing your thoughts to more positive ones. Always respond, don't react!
May your life change for the better!

DON'T LET IT STOP YOU
Don't stop!
COME ON!
Why do you listen to others?
Why do you care what others think? Why do you let yourself be influenced? How does it benefit you?
Stop listening to others and stop taking things to heart from people who aren't worth it. They may mean well and want to help you, but is it really going to help you? Think about it. Think.
Choose who you listen to carefully, the wrong person can hold you back. Does that person have what you want? Does he or she have enough experience or is he or she just spouting theories into the wind? Such a person may give you bad advice and inadvertently sabotage you. Who are you listening to?
Are you worried about how others will react? Are you afraid of being judged? Such fears are understandable, humans are social creatures, in the past being judged and kicked out of a group was dangerous or even deadly. But now is a different time! Your life is no longer in danger if you don't fit in. It's also easier to find people who are on the same wavelength. If your friends condemn you and want to stop you, think about whether they are a good for you. Are your friends and other people around you suitable for you? What about your parents? They certainly mean well by you, yet their comments and advice may hinder you. Listen to your feelings first and foremost. How do you feel?
DON'T. YOU. STOP.
Maybe your thinking is holding you back? Low self-esteem, doubts, beliefs, blocks... Be aware of your thinking. It is said that man's greatest enemy is himself. Since everything is reflective of our inner self, everything is based on our thinking, since our consciousness and mind creates reality, our thinking can also be a weapon against us. What if you can't succeed because you don't believe you can succeed? Earl Nightingale said: You become what you think about. If you think about how bad you are at something, you will be really bad! Success is defined by habits and attitude. Are you going to let yourself stop yourself or are you going to work on yourself and give it a good go? Go for it!
Go for it now! What are you waiting for? You have dreams, you have ideas, you have goals, so go for it! The perfect time may never come, designate the current time as the perfect time. Take a small step towards your dreams... Regularly. DON'T let time stop you. You can tell yourself you'll do it next time, next day, next week, next month... BUT why not NOW? Now is the time. TAKE ACTION NOW. TAKE A SMALL STEP TOWARDS YOUR DREAMS...
Repeat these sentences out loud to yourself:
I AM A WINNER
I AM ACHIEVING MY DREAMS
I AM WINNING!
I AM LUCKY
I AM CONFIDENT
I'M DISCIPLINED
I'M MOTIVATED
I AM PASSIONATE
I HAVE A BURNING DESIRE TO ACHIEVE MY DREAMS AND GOALS
I AM DRIVEN
I'M PROACTIVE
I AM SUCCESSFUL
Feel free to make up your own sentences that are in a positive form that you will say to yourself every morning and evening. Reprogram your mind so that no one can stop you!
YOU ARE A WINNER! YOU CAN DO IT! DO IT!
Always believe in yourself. You are the only one you can fully rely on. Believe in yourself and others will believe in you... And if they don't, who cares? What matters is how you see yourself, not how others see you. No one can affect your reality unless you let someone else.
YOU ARE NOW ENERGIZED, MOTIVATED, ON FIRE. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT AND GO OUT AND WIN.
May your life change for the better!
